2017-08 Total Eclipse Trip

Being so close to where we live, Annette and I decided to head up to Wyoming to watch the total eclipse of the sun. Of course we couldn't pass up an invitation from our good friends Chris Archer and Sara Spaulding to join them for a little rock-climbing in the area before and after the big event.   • This picture was taken early in the two minute, 15 second view we had of totality. Note the beautiful wispy corona, extending millions of miles from the surface.
